Jill Enter, MD, FACS

Jill Enter, MD, FACS, is a highly skilled and experienced general surgeon practicing with Aiken Surgical Associates, an Aiken Physicians Alliance clinic. Dr. Enter is board certified in General Surgery by the American Board of Surgery.

Dr. Enter earned her medical degree at the Mercer University School of Medicine in Macon, GA. She completed an internship and residency in General Surgery at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, GA. She joined Aiken Surgical Associates following her graduation from residency in 2009.

Always eager to provide her patients with top-notch care, Dr. Enter is trained in both robotics-assisted and laparoscopic surgery. She has been performing robotic procedures for 10 years. In 2025, she completed her 500th surgery using the daVinci Xi® Robotics System. She is also a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. She enjoys all aspects of general surgery care and takes particular interest in caring for patients with breast cancer. She is also available for any endoscopic needs like endoscopy or colonoscopy.

When not in clinic or in surgery, Dr. Enter enjoys spending time with her family and being active. She enjoys working out, snow skiing, hiking and camping. She is also passionate about giving back to her community. She can be found teaching Sunday School at her church, volunteering with a local ministry to the homeless, and working with breast cancer survivors.
